General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Strength or Dexterity 13+)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Dexterity or Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Reactive Lash. While you’re holding a Whip, you can take a Reaction to make one melee attack against a creature that enters the reach you have with that weapon.

Grapple or Pull. When you make an attack with a Whip, you can choose to Grapple or Pull the creature instead of making an attack roll, forcing the target to make a Strength or Dexterity saving throw (it chooses which) (DC 8 plus your Strength or Dexterity modifier and Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, you either pull it 5 feet closer to you, or cause it to have the Prone or Grappled condition, or disarm the creature of one small or tiny object they are holding or carrying, the object is pulled 5 feet towards you and you can grab it if you have a hand free. The Grappled condition ends on a creature if you drop your Whip, or if you make an attack with it.
