You gain the following benefits.
Level 4 Spell. Choose a level 4 spell from the Wizard spell list. You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest.
Level 5 Spell. Choose a level 5 spell from the Wizard spell list. You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest.
Exhaustion. When you cast a spell from this feat, you become exhausted. After casting the Level 4 Spell, you gain 2 points of exhaustion, and after casting the Level 5 Spell, you gain 3 points of exhaustion.
Spell Change. Whenever you take a Short or Long Rest, you can replace one of the spells you chose for this feat with a different spell of the same level from the spell list.
