General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Dexterity 13+)
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Dexterity or Intelligence by 1, to a maximum of 20
Parry. As a reaction, when a creature would hit you with an attack while you are holding a one-handed melee weapon and no other weapon or shield in your other hand, you can raise your weapon and add your proficiency bonus to your AC until the start of your next turn.
Riposte. If your Parry effect would cause an attack to miss and the creature is within 5ft, you can perform an opportunity attack against them using your held one-handed melee weapon, as part of the same reaction.
