Lycanthropy (Level 4)

The curse tightens its grip on your mind and body, but so too does your control over it grow. You begin to master the transformation, directing its brutality with measured discipline and unleashing new primal instincts in combat.

Universal Form

Trait: Controlled Bloodlust.
When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points using a melee attack, you may immediately choose to regain one expended Hit Die, or gain temporary hit points equal to your Lycanthropy level + your Constitution modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Trait: Predatory Endurance.
You have adapted to push your body beyond mortal limits. You gain advantage on Constitution saving throws made to resist Fatigue, exhaustion, or harsh environment.

Hybrid Form (Enhanced)

While in your Hybrid Form, you gain the following additional feature:

Trait: Predatory Leap.
As a bonus action, you can leap up to 20 feet in any direction without provoking opportunity attacks. If you land within 5 feet of a creature, you may make a single claw attack as part of the same bonus action. You can use this leap a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per transformation.

Wolf Form (Enhanced)

While in your Wolf Form, you gain the following additional feature:

Trait: Quadrupedal Momentum.
If you move at least 30 feet in a straight line toward a creature and then hit it with a melee attack on the same turn, the creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus) or be knocked prone. Once you use this feature against a creature, you cannot use it on the same target again until the start of your next turn.
