Players with this feat gain a +1 to both hit and damage rolls for melee attacks once their hit points have been depleted by 1/4.
If depleted at or below 1/2, then the player gains a +2 to both hit and damage rolls for melee attacks.
Once at or below 3/4 hit points, the player gains a +3 to both hit and damage rolls for melee attacks.
Once healed above one of these thresholds, the player loses the buff.
