You have been infected, in some form, with Tiganthropia. Be it by curse, heritage, or contract, you are a Weretiger. This manifests upon your humanoid form in various ways, whether that may be a set of catlike ears, a tail, or cat eyes.
You are capable of shifting between humanoid, tiger, and in between once a day, though it's possible that yoy may transform between these forms outside of your control as well. You can use an action to polymorph into a tiger-humanoid hybrid or into a tiger, or back into your true form, which is humanoid. Your statistics, other than size, are the same in each form. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying isn't transformed. You revert to your true form if you die. You gain advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
While in your hybrid or full tiger form, you may attack as a pounce. If you move at least 15 feet straight toward a creature and then hit it with an attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the weretiger can make one attack against it as a bonus action.
