All barbarian class features that require Strength can be made with Strength and Dexterity (E.g. reckless attacks can be made with weapons using the dexterity modifier).
Eviscerate
Once per turn, after you kill a creature, you can use the Stygian Shade's Death Mask as a free action, or Mark a creature within 10ft of the killed creature. When a Marked creature is hit by a melee attack made by you, roll a number of d6 equal to your proficiency bonus and deal the roll in damage to the Marked creature (I.e. with a proficiency bonus of 2, deal 2d6 extra damage). This damages type is the same as the source. This feature can be used 3 times per short or long rest.
