Prerequisite: must consume the Flame Flame Devil Fruit

You have consumed the mystical Flame Flame Fruit, gaining dominion over fire itself. Your body becomes a conduit of flame, granting the following benefits:

Fireborn Physiology. You are immune to fire damage and can walk across lava or flames as if they were solid ground. You can briefly transform your body into fire as a bonus action. When you do, your unarmed strikes do 7 (2d6) fire damage and when you take damage from a melee weapon attack the damage is reduced by half. This transformation lasts up to 1 minute and can only be used once per short or long rest. You may transform back to your normal form at any point as a free action.

Flame Control. You can manipulate fire as if it were part of your body. You learn to produce flame cantrip and can cast burning hands at first level at will. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for it.

St. Elmo’s Fire Beam. Once per Long Rest, you conjure a thin, divine bolt of white-blue fire from your chest or hand. As an action, choose a line 60 feet long and 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier), taking 5d10 radiant and 5d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. On a failed save, a creature also sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and can’t benefit from invisibility until the end of its next turn. This fire also ignites any buildings, structures, and objects caught in the beam.

Firefly Whirlwind. As a bonus action, you erupt into a swirl of flickering flame fragments that dance like fireflies. Each creature within 10 ft of you of your choice must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or take 2d10 fire damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll they make before the end of their next turn as they are distracted by the radiant embers clinging to them. You may use this ability up to three times per long rest.

Drawbacks of the Devil Fruit. You cannot swim, and you automatically sink in water deeper than 2 feet. While submerged in salt water, you are restrained, and your fire-based abilities are suppressed.
