Prerequisite: Succeed in a one in a thousand chance probability
Once per day, you can control the exact results of any roll you make. If used for an attacking roll with either a spell or weapon, you can control the exact To Hit result as well as the resulting damage.
Only obtainable after succeeding in something that had a one in a thousand or worse odds. I.E., rolling three flat natural 20's in a row.
To calculate the chance of success, divide the number of successful results by the total potential results, multiplying that by itself for however many times a trial is attempted. For the aforementioned three natural 20's in a row, this would be the value of one divided by twenty to the third power.

Posted Jul 19, 2025"Impossibly lucky" I'm sure it will trigger after someone rolls 4 nat 1's in a row. An ironic boon for those cursed with terrible luck.
But, you know someone with that kind of luck is gonna roll 2 nat 1's and a nat 2, just so it won't trigger this.
