Requirements
“willing” subject
“donated” part to add to subject (1 part = one use)
-can be anything such as: limbs, sensory organs, internal organs, ETC
-does not need to be a replacement, can be an added part (within reason)
1 hour uninterrupted per modification being made
Usage:
once a creature has undergone flesh sculpting, it cannot be operated on again until 7 days after the last operation, or maintenance was performed
Roll: 1d20+ Medicine
- 18+
Full Success! (+1 exhaustion for modified creature and caster upon completion of operation) - 12-17
replace limb with similar +1 alienation
Additional complications?
Permanent vs temporary
All modifications start as temporary, unless they are maintained “daily” (between long rests) for a full week.
Maintaining a creatures modifications requires 1 use of “Sculpt Flesh” medicine modifications.
Day#
1- Functional (2 uses per short rest)
2- Failing (1 use per long rest, unless maintained)
3 (unmaintained)- modification ceases to function entirely and deals 1d10 necrotic damage unless removed with a successful medicine check (DC 18)
4-8 If being maintained daily, continues to be functional, otherwise continues dealing 1d10 necrotic damage after each long rest, until falling off on day 8, leaving a scar (+1 alienation)
8+ becomes fully functional limb that can be used as any other natural limb. (still new to creature, they will clumsy with it for a while. DOES NOT GRANT ADITIONAL ATTACKS!)
Extra limbs, and "unnatural" limbs +2 alienation
“Chimera”, major body parts replaced with those of another creature type. +3 alienation
Alienation: stacking condition. Each point gives
-1 to all positive charisma rolls
+1 to all rolls for intimidation
