General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 8+; War Caster Feat)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Quick Wit. While you are concentrating on a spell, your Armor Class increase by 2.

Saving Throw Proficiency. You gain proficiency in Dexterity saving throw while you are concentrating on a spell.

Reactive Spell. When a creature provokes an Opportunity Attack within 30 feet from you, you can take a Reaction to cast a spell at the creature. The spell must have a casting time of one action and must target only that creature.
