Transformation Feat
Undergoing transformation into a vampiric form, you gain the following abilities and weaknesses:
Age: Your aging process is halted to remain as it was at the moment of your vampiric transformation.
Superior Darkvision: You have Darkvision with a range of 120 feet.
Vampiric Agility: Your speed increases by 10 feet.
Bite: You have elongated fangs that you can use instead of an Unarmed Strike once per turn. When you hit with them, the strike deals Necrotic damage equal to 1d6 plus your Strength modifier instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. You have Advantage on Bite attacks against creatures who have not taken their turn in combat and don't know you are a vampire, and gain Temporary Hit Points equal to twice the necrotic damage dealt against those creatures.
Haunting Presence: Once per short rest, as an action, you can cause each creature within a 10 feet from you to make a WIS saving throw (DC 8 plus your Charisma modifier and Proficiency Bonus) or become Frightened until the end of your next turn.
Undeath: You are both Humanoid and Undead. You do not need sleep, air, or food, and are only sustained by drinking blood. You are affected by all items, spells, and abilities that function differently when used upon Undead.
Vampire Weaknesses:
- Forbiddance: You can't enter a residence without an invitation from one of the occupants. A sign on the outside of a building allowing your entrance will also allow you to enter a building.
- Running Water: You take acid damage equal to twice your level if you end your turn in running water. This acid damage ignores resistance and immunity to acid damage granted by any class or species features.
- Stake to the Heart: If a piercing weapon made of wood is driven into your heart while you are incapacitated in a place of rest, you become incapacitated until the stake is removed.
- Sunlight Hypersensitivity: You take radiant damage equal to twice your level when you start your turn in sunlight. While in sunlight, you have Disadvantage when making a D20 Test.
