Apex Agility

You have honed your reflexes, grace, and speed to near-supernatural levels—but there is a ceiling even for you. You gain the following benefits:

• Your Dexterity score increases by 2, to a maximum of 30.

• You cannot increase your Dexterity score above 30 by any means (including magical effects, wish spells, or other feats).

• When making a Dexterity saving throw, you can treat a roll of 9 or lower as a 10, once per long rest.
