The only way to gain this feat is if you survive the Blind Judgement, an illness that only Iudex can help you pull through. Surviving the Judgement makes you blind and permanently makes you a Lawful Neutral creature.
- You gain Blindsight 120 feet.
- You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that don't rely on sight.
- You have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks to understand if a creature is lying, so long as that creature has a discernible heartbeat.
- You have disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks when you hear a sudden cacophonous noise, such as from a spell, like the Thunderwave spell. It's up to your DM's discretion. It lasts until the end of your next turn.
