General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Dexterity 13+)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Evasive Shot. When you take Disengage on your action, you can make a ranged attack with a longbow or shortbow as a bonus action.
Supreme Focus. If you take no movement on a full turn and you are not incapacitated, at the start of the next turn to until you move, you gain 30 ft of Darkvision and ignore half cover for attacks with a longbow and a shortbow,
Power Volley. Twice every short rest, you can use this feature on a ranged attack with a longbow to hit three separate targets(cannot be to the same target) at the cost of -5 to hit. This does not stack with other sources of multi-target ranged attacks such as Slashing Flourish.
