You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Charisma and Wisdom by 3, to a maximum of 20.

Concentration Breaker. When you damage a creature that is concentrating, it has Disadvantage on the saving throw it makes to maintain Concentration.

Guarded Mind. If you fail an Intelligence, a Wisdom, or a Charisma saving throw, you can cause yourself to succeed instead. You may use this benefit twice, you can’t use it again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.

Gift of the Deep. Zultor draws upon his own power and grants you a sliver of his connection to the power that dwells beneath the tides. You gain the ability to cast Chain Lightning once per day.

IAlways Present. Lord Zultor now has a grasp of your mind and is always watching. Every time you make a persuasion or deception check roll a d20. On a 2-20 you resist the urge and maintain control of your thoughts and actions. On a 1, Zultor takes hold of your mind and body for 5 minutes.
