Exoskeleton Armor

You have learned how to turn your outer skin into armor like that of an insect. By using a bonus action, you gain a bonus AC of +3, resistance to poison, and temporary hp of half your current max hp. This ability can only be activated once per Long rest, and once your temporary hp gain is gone, your other bonuses are gone also.
