You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your constitution stat by 3, to a maximum of 30.

Unyielding Might. if all of your allies are incapacitated then you can use your turn to revive them as though by the "true ressurection" spell, once you do this you can not do it again for 1d3 long rests
