Blessed Vitality

 Due to some magical tampering from either a god, wizard, demon, etc... You've been enhanced, gaining the following benefits:

• Vitality Surge. You gain an additional number of hit points equal to 10 + your Constitution modifier when you take this feat, you also gain immunity to disease and the poisoned condition. Additionally you have resistance to poison damage.
• Tough Skin. You have resistance to bludgeoning and piercing damage while you aren't wearing armor or using a shield.
