I'd say you've had enough!

You have the stomach of a goat, allowing you to eat almost anything without getting sick. But this ability comes at a cost. Every time you pass gas at the table your character does to, anyone within a 30ft radius of your character must make a DC 15 Constitution save. On a successful save they earn an extra 10 ft of movement speed on their next turn, on a failed save their characters wretch and lose 10ft. Additionally, this feat gives you a permanent +1 to your constitution and an instant +2 to your hit points upon taking this feat, one time.
