This feat gives you a +2 to your dexterity score. Twice per long rest you may use this feat ability. You stare at your hands and say, "It looks like slim pickings around here"... and over the next minute your hands begin to mutate and transform. Each hand over the course of the next minute grows five extra fingers (10 on each hand) for a total of 20 fingers.  For the next hour you can roll an additional 1d4 to add to all sleight of hand checks you make during the duration of that hour.
