Being a relic centuries old you fear and often can not handle change, as an action expend a cursed energy point to inflict this fear of change on another within 30 feet of you or yourself, all changes that have happened in the past round are reverted.
examples: your target on their turn was stabbed for 30 damage and you use this power they would heal 30 damage
examples: a creature had the haste spell cast on them then failed a save for hold person would have the haste spell cancelled and would no longer be paralyzed (spells ending effects are not triggered when ended through this effect such as lethargy from haste)
