You have trained to refine your leadership techniques in combat.
- Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Battle Inspiration. When a creature within 60 feet of you that can hear you makes an attack roll, you can use your reaction to grant that creature a bonus to the roll equal to your Charisma modifier. You make this choice after you see the roll, but before the GM says whether the attack hits or misses. Once you use this ability, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
- Coordinated Assault. As an action, you can order your allies to make a coordinated attack. Choose up to three friendly creatures within 120 feet of you that can see or hear you. Each of the chosen creatures can immediately use its reaction to make a weapon attack against one creature of your choice that you can see. Once you use this ability, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
