Drive Form: Final

As an action, you enter your Final Form for 1 minute. While in this form:

• You hover and gain a flying speed equal to twice your walking speed.
• Your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage.
• When you take the Attack action, you can make one additional weapon attack (stacking with Extra Attack).
• Once per turn, when you hit with a weapon attack, you can force the target to make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + proficiency + your highest ability modifier). On a failure, the target is knocked prone or pushed 10 feet (your choice).

When the form ends, you gain two levels of exhaustion.
