Feat: Embrace of the Raven Queen
You have been marked by the Raven Queen, mistress of fate and winter’s chill. Her shadow lingers over your soul, guiding your steps between life and death.
Frozen Veil. You gain resistance to cold damage. The icy grasp of winter no longer bites so deep.
Fated Return. Upon your death, your spirit does not fully pass beyond the veil. At the DM’s discretion, the Raven Queen may return you to life through resurrection, reincarnation, or another mysterious fate. If you are reborn, you retain your memories, personality, and abilities, but your physical form is altered. Your species is always changed, and your gender may change as well, both determined randomly (DM’s discretion).
Whisper of Destiny. Ravens, whispers on the wind, or omens of shadow often herald your presence. At the DM’s discretion, NPCs who revere or fear the Raven Queen may recognize this mark upon you.
