Your light is a beacon of hope to your allies, and a scorching wrath to your enemies.
- You can choose to have Warding Flare last until the start of the target's next turn. Once you extend it in this way, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
- When you use Warding Flare, the attacking creature takes 5 fire damage. This damage cannot be reduced in any way. If the duration is extended, the target takes the damage every time it makes an attack.
- Unlit candles, torches, or other small, fire based light sources spontaneously alight when you come within 10 feet of them. You can choose to suppress this feature.
