Wongo, the Su-Monster, is violent and erratic.
Flaw. While inhabited by Wongo, you gain the following flaw, which overrides any opposing flaw; "I act without concern for the well-being of others."
Power. While inhabited by Wongo, you can use your action to unleash a psionic assault on a creature you can see within 60 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
