Aasimar have a close connection to the Celestial Host. An Aasimar with this feat has taken another step closer to being a full member of the Celestial Host. Each step brings them to the precipice they are trying to attain gaining power as they walk this path. 

This first step grants you the ability to tap into the Celestial, empowering you. Your Celestial language now allows you to be able to understand and speak all languages. The listener hears their native language being spoken. The intent of the speaker is conveyed by the power of the Celestial language so the speaker is always clearly understood. When speaking in the celestial language empowered this way the speaker CANNOT tell a LIE.
