Arc Jump

When you cast a spell that deals lightning damage you can;

•Deal damage as normal

•Deal half damage and lightning arcs from target creature(s) to another creature within 30ft of the original target and deal half damage to that creature.* 

*Creatures hit by one arc cannot be targeted by another arc from the same casting.
