Lycanthrope Image

You have become cursed with Lycanthropy. Your body has become diseased, and your soul has become corrupted, having been fused with that of a wolf. Upon your death, the only afterlife your soul may depart for is the Beastlands.

Lycanthropic Transformation. When you transform into a Lycanthrope, equipment that you're wearing or carrying does not transform with you and falls to the ground as if it had been dropped. While transformed, you gain the benefits of the Lycanthrope feat.

Lycanthrope

Large Monstrosity, Chaotic Evil

Armor Class. 12 + your Dexterity modifier + your Proficiency bonus

Hit Points. Multiply your current and maximum number of hit points by your Proficiency bonus. If your hit points are reduced to 0 while transformed, your transformation ends, and you fall unconscious with 0 hit points.

Speed. Your speed + 5 ft.

Ability Scores. Your ability scores remain the same.

Proficiencies. Whenever you make one of the following skill checks: Acrobatics, Athletics, Intimidation, Perception, and Survival, you can add your proficiency bonus to the result of the roll, even if you are already proficient with that skill.

ABILITIES

Willing Transformation. A willing transformation occurs when you activate this feature as a bonus action on your turn. You can willingly transform once per long rest, with the transformation lasting until you complete a long rest. When you transform willingly, you retain all of your class features and abilities. You cannot speak while transformed but can still perform spells with material and somatic components. If you have a feature that grants you additional attacks, the Multiattack action is counted as the first of those attacks.

Unwilling Transformation. An unwilling transformation occurs on the eve of a full moon and lasts until dawn. When you transform unwillingly, you lose yourself to the curse and become a creature under the DM's control. Whenever you bite a humanoid target, while you are transformed unwillingly, they must make a Constitution saving throw to avoid becoming cursed with Lycanthropy. The DC of this saving throw equals half of the damage dealt rounded down or 10, whichever's highest. Upon a failure, the target receives the Lycanthropy feat. Upon a success, the target becomes immune to this saving throw for 24 hours.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. When you take the Multiattack action, you can make two attacks, one with your Bite and one with your Claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: Your Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever's highest) + your Proficiency bonus to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d8 + your Strength or Dexterity modifier) Piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: Your Strength or Dexterity modifier (whichever's highest) + your Proficiency bonus to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d6 + your Strength or Dexterity modifier) Slashing damage. Whenever you make an attack with your Claws, you can use your bonus action on the same turn to make a second attack with your claws.
