as an action you emit an aura of cold that freezes everything in 5ft radius, reducing all creature movements (save for yours) to 0ft. creatures in a 15ft radius take 2d6 cold damage when they enter your aura or start their turn in it. you also gain the ability to taunt an enemy of your choosing within 60ft, target must succeed a wisdom saving throw, on a fail the target must spend its movement to come closer to you and has disadvantage on all other creatures that are not you. the creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn.
