note: You can gain this feat only if you have the species ability, Guardian of all humans.

this feat gives you two abilities, Spawn Base and Spawn Command Communication Device. these abilities can be used as many times as you want but only you can use the things created by these abilities.

Spawn Base:

using no components and for 10 minutes to an hour, you magically bring into existence a camp, military base or military outpost. this camp, military base, or military outpost has basic home living supplies and equipment in it like chairs, couches, tables, dishes, beds, and blankets but no food. this camp, military base, or military outpost also has magically created water and any other basic utility for home living. this camp, military base or military outpost can also be a underground camp, underground outpost, or underground base. you can also create air tight uderwater bases, underwater outposts, and underwater camps. 

note: the 10 minutes to 1 hour time frame is also used to determine whether you create a base, outpost, or camp.

Spawn Command Communication Device:

using no components and for 1 minute, you magically bring into existence a Command Communication Device. this Command Communication Device can be put in a location and then another Command Communication Device can be put in another location in order to communicate back and forth using the Command Communication Devices. command communication devices are like walkie talkies.
