Prerequisite: Must have been afflicted or born with lycanthropy.
Benefit: Your lycanthropic nature manifests with the following traits:

Lycanthropic Empathy. You can communicate and form empathic bonds with wolves and dire wolves. You have advantage on Wisdom (Animal Handling) checks made to interact with them, change their attitude, or train them. You can also communicate simple concepts such as friend, enemy, flee, and attack.

Damage Reduction. You gain damage reduction 10/silver.

Regeneration. You regain 1 hit point at the start of your turn. If you take damage from a silvered weapon or a spell, this trait does not function at the start of your next turn.

Shape Control. You may attempt to control your lycanthropic transformations as shown in the table below.

Special: Control Shape Proficiency. You gain proficiency in the Control Shape (Wis) skill, allowing you to make checks to resist involuntary transformations or to return to your humanoid form with greater ease. If you fail a Shape Control check, you remain in your current form or complete the forced transformation (DM’s discretion).
