Crown of the Regent-Queen of Bloom

The Maiden falls, and the Regent rises — rooted, enduring, and sovereign. Your words now bend truth itself: in your presence, deception withers. The Court recognizes you not merely as bloom, but as root and hearth.
Your step is law, each teleport crowned with a strike of bloom or rot. The battlefield bends when you speak; with a word, you command hosts to kneel, flee, or protect. The Court gathers at your hearth, and your Sovereign Rite offers a feast that binds allies with fey blessing.
Yet every transformation exacts its tithe. When the Regent's crown fades, you are left stunned and hollowed, your soul splintered further into the thorns of sovereignty.
The Court lays its geas upon you, a living law that governs your body, your words, and your soul.

The Geis of the Fey Court
Boons:

• Feymarked Bearing
  Your words ring as root-commands to the wild and the feyborn. You gain proficiency in Persuasion and Intimidation. You also add your Intelligence modifier to all Persuasion and Intimidation checks. You have advantage on Persuasion and Intimidation checks.
  Within a 10 ft radius of you, creatures of your choice who speak are subtly compelled toward honesty, as if under Zone of Truth. A creature may attempt a Wisdom saving throw (DC = your spell save DC) to resist. The saving throw is subconscious: a creature only realizes it resisted if it succeeds on an Arcana or Insight check against the same DC. Those who fail speak truth without realizing they are compelled.
• Blooming Pulse (Resonance, 1/LR)
  As an action, release a sovereign pulse of petals. Up to 5 allies of your choice within 60 ft each regain 8d6 + your Intelligence modifier hit points. Those healed are resistance to all damage until the start of your next turn.
• Rituals of Old
  Once per day, you and up to 5 allies may invoke the deep magics. You may cast Rite of the Intercessor, Rite of Reveals, Rite of Wards, or Rite of Mandate.
• Sovereign Form
  Once per week, you may assume the form of the Regent-Queen of Bloom.

Banes:

• Iron’s Thorn
  Raw iron and unalloyed steel sear your flesh. At the start of each turn you remain in contact, you take 4d6 fire damage (to a minimum of 1 HP). While bound in iron, you cannot teleport, your spell attacks are made with disadvantage, and targets of your spells gain advantage on their saving throws.

• Oath-Bound (My Truth is My Bond)
  Every word you speak carries weight before the Court. Lies stumble in your throat — all Deception checks are made with disadvantage. To knowingly speak a lie inflicts 4d6 psychic damage as thorns twist through your jaw.
  Any vow, promise, or oath you swear becomes binding. To knowingly break such an oath inflicts 5d6 psychic damage as spectral chains coil around your heart. Fey creatures and those who honor the Old Laws distrust oath-breakers.
  Clauses Introduced
  Hospitality’s Law — To act as host or guest is to swear an oath. Bread, fire, and roof seal the bond. If you betray the role, you suffer the penalty. If the other party violates the oath first (a host poisons, a guest steals, a roof is denied without cause), the bond shatters for you, and the breaker bears the Court’s wrath.
  (Note: not all oaths must be spoken — some are accepted in silence, such as the taking of bread and salt.)
  The Threshold-Pledge  — To cross a threshold with leave is to be under protection; to cross unbidden or to break a sworn ward is to be forsworn. If the master of the threshold invites you falsely (a trap, an ambush, a broken promise of sanctuary), they are forsworn, and the pledge dissolves.
  The Bond of Fealty — Service pledged in word becomes an oath. If you betray sworn service, you are oath-breaker. If the one to whom you swore lies, tricks you into service under false pretenses, or betrays your loyalty, the bond dissolves without penalty to you, and the brand of oath-breaker passes to them.
  The Vows of Union — Marriage, pact, or blood-bond oaths are sacred above all. Breaking them doubles the psychic damage taken, and the stigma of oath-breaker deepens. Yet if your partner in the vow betrays, abandons, or twists the union first, the bond dissolves and their name is struck by the Court.
  

• Crown’s Curse
  You are counted among the Fey for all spells, effects, and wards. Sanctuaries that bar the Fair Folk bar you, and magics that bind or harm them bind and harm you.
