Prerequisite: Attuned to an Ocular Assistant
You purchased your DR1497 Ocular Assistant with our optional cutting-edge Magicine life support package. Your device has (and you have) a +4 bonus to Medicine.
If you are downed, you apply the device's bonus to your death saving throws.
If you end your turn with 0 hit points, the device makes a Medicine check (with its own bonus only) (DC 12), adding 1 for each successful death saving throw and subtracting 1 for each failed death saving throw. If the check succeeds, you are stabilized.
The first time each combat you make a third failed death save, it instead becomes a successful death save.
If you have a Healer's Kit, you can expend it and use an Action, Bonus Action, or Reaction to immediately stabilize a creature within 5 feet of you.
