Prerequisite: Requires a Strength score of 17 of higher
You have mastered the impossible art of wielding two enormous blades at once, defying conventional combat styles. You gain the following benefits:
- You can treat greatswords as though they had the light property, but only for the purposes of dual wielding.
- When you take the attack action and attack with a greatsword in one hand, you can also make an attack with the greatsword in your off hand. This will not require a bonus action.
- Whenever you take the attack action while wielding two greatswords, you may add your ability modifier to the damage of both weapons.
- If you score a critical hit with one greatsword, your next attack with the other greatsword before the end of your turn is made with advantage.
Special: Wielding two greatswords is incredibly taxing. If you end your turn while wielding both greatswords without having hit with at least one attack, you gain disadvantage on your next turn. This disadvantage cannot be off-set by reckless attacks, flanking rules, etc. and attacks must be rolled with it.
