When you make a death saving throw, you can choose to invoke your Endless Rage. You automatically fail that saving throw. Instead, you immediately regain all of your hit points, stand up if you are prone, and enter a heightened fury called Bloodrush.

While in Bloodrush, you are also considered to be raging, and you gain all the normal benefits of Rage in addition to the effects below:

Bloodrush Benefits.

• Adrenaline. Each time you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you regain 2 hit points.

• Withdrawal. At the start of each of your turns, you lose hit points equal to your own Hit Die size (e.g., a barbarian with a d12 Hit Die loses 12 hit points).

Bloodrush lasts until the end of combat or until you are reduced to 0 hit points again, whichever comes first.

When Bloodrush ends, you immediately fall unconscious. If you still have death saving throws to make, you must resume rolling them as normal.

Once you use this feat, you can’t use it again until 7 days have passed.
