Devoted Bullwark: Leading the Attack

The Firm is offering the following training. After positive performances, they are offering a maneuver to be learned. Each maneuver first requires you are in a stance. These maneuvers can only be used once per initiative. Each maneuver costs 500xp, 250gc, and 5 training days.

Stances simply need to be activated by a bonus action while wielding a weapon you are proficient with. You must be able to move (speed greater than 0) in order to be in a stance (so cannot do so while grappled). You can only be in one stance at a time.

Leading the Attack: When you attack, your allies take heart in your example and fight with renewed purpose. Used when you succeed on an attack roll. All allies within 60ft of you gain +5 to hit on their next attack roll until the start of your next turn.
