Hero Boost Dice

Through sheer determination, you can push yourself beyond your limits when it matters most.

• Hero Boost Pool. When you gain a level, you start with a pool of Hero Boost points equal to 5 + half your level (rounded down). This pool refreshes when you level up, and unused points don’t carry over.

• Spending Points. When you make a d20 Test, you can spend one or more Hero Boost points. For each point you spend, roll a d6 and add the total to your d20 roll. You decide to spend the points after you roll the d20 but before the outcome is determined.
