You have spent an extensive period of time training* to be able to attack with your blades faster than the human eye can see. As a result of your dedication to the study and practice of dual-wielding in combat, you gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Dexterity score by 2. Your maximum for this score is now 22.
- When you make a melee weapon attack using a weapon with the light and finesse properties held in one hand, you may make another melee weapon attack using a similar weapon** in your other hand as part of the same action or bonus action. There is no limit to the number of times you may do this each turn.
* An example of the period of time required to be spent training to achieve this feat would be 48 hours a week for 36 weeks, within a period of 9 consecutive months, when training under a teacher who possesses this feat. When self-teaching, these time requirements increase by 50% to 48 hours a week for 54 weeks, within a period of 14 consecutive months. However, these values are at the DM's discretion (subject to agreement with the player character's owner).
** Two weapons are considered similar if they possess approximately the same weight and dimensions as each other. If the two weapons are not similar, they unbalance their wielder enough that they cannot attack with both as part of the same action or bonus action. The judgment as to whether two weapons are similar is made at the DM's discretion.
