Werewolf Lycanthropy, Embraced (R.A.W. Compliant; 5E) Image
Prerequisite: Requires an alignment of Chaotic Evil
 

 Bitten by a werewolf, you are now cursed with lycanthropy. You have chosen to fully embrace it. Upon the next full moon, you gain the following benefits:

  • You gain a strength score of 15 (if not already higher).
  • You can change into either a wolf-humanoid hybrid or wolf form, or back into your original form, at will. Any nonmagical equipment you are wearing or carrying is not transformed, and is destroyed (hybrid form) or unequipped (wolf form) when you transform. Magical equipment is transformed, and is neither destroyed nor unequipped upon transformation. you cannot speak while in wolf form.
  • You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
  • You gain immunity to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks that aren't silvered.
  • Increase your AC by +1 (wolf or hybrid form only).
  • Increase your speed by 10 ft. (wolf form only).
  • You gain the following attacks (wolf or hybrid form only):
    • Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit = (STR. mod. + prof. bonus), reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  (1d8 + strength mod.) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a constitution saving throw (8 + prof. bonus + CON. mod) or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.
    • Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit = (strength mod. + prof. bonus), reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (2d4 + strength mod.) slashing damage.
  • Your alignment becomes Chaotic Evil, and your new motivation is bloodlust. Your DM decides when this trait expresses itself.
  • While in combat, at the start of each combat turn, you must make a WIS saving throw (DC 15) or attack the nearest creature.
