Trauma Manifest

General Feat (Prerequesite: Level 4+, Your DM is Feeling Generous)

Traumatic Backlash. Once per round when you deal Psychic Damage to another creature with a spell or weapon attack, that creature has Disadvantage on Attack Rolls against you until the end of your next turn. You can use this ability a number of time equal to your Proficiency Bonus and regain all uses after a Short or Long Rest.

Trauma Dump. As an Action, you can unleash your trauma on one enemy you can see within 30 feet of yourself. You and that enemy have the Stunned condition until the end of your next turn, and you take Psychic Damage equal to twice your Character Level, bypassing any resistance or immunity. You can use this ability again after 1d4 days.
