Curse of the Wererat

You have been infected or cursed to be a wererat. Your Dexterity score becomes 15 if it is not already higher. You are vulnerable to silver and take radiant damage when touching silver or attacked by a silver weapon.

You can transform between your original form, wererat form, and giant rat forms willingly, and your mental stats remain the same in all forms. You also transform involuntarily when exposed to moonlight or when you roll a natural 20 on an attack roll. While in rat or wererat form, you gain a climb speed equivalent to your speed.
