 Your latent potential surges as your body begins to awaken to the brutal legacy of a forgotten alien lineage. This awakening marks the beginning of your transformation into something far beyond human, stronger, faster, and more relentless. You gain traits that reflect the earliest stirrings of your true power.

Enhanced Physiology: Your muscles are more efficient than normal human physiology allows. Your Strength score is increased by 2, you are also treated as one size larger when determining grappling, shoving, and carry weight. In addition to that, you can no longer have an exhaustion level greater than 3 unless through magical means

Accelerated Healing: You regain 1 hit point at the start of your turn if you have at least 1 hit point and aren't incapacitated, unconscious or paralyzed. If you take radiant damage, or fire damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of your next turn.

Flight: You gain a flight speed of 20 ft, and 10 ft of additional base movement speed.
