Hakarim Healer

The Hakarim are a nomadic people of the desert, known equally as healers and warriors. For centuries they wandered the endless dunes, surviving on little more than the herbs they foraged, the beasts they hunted, and the deep breathwork that tied them to the spirits of sand and wind.

Among outsiders, the name Hakarim is spoken with both fear and reverence. Raiders who struck their caravans told of warriors who struck with one hand and healed with the other, making fallen brothers rise again mid-battle. Merchants whispered that the Hakarim could brew salves from nothing but dust and desert weed, curing fevers and closing wounds that would kill lesser folk.

To the Hakarim themselves, this was no mysticism — it was survival. The desert gave them nothing freely, so they learned to make life from the scraps it offered. Their philosophy is simple: every breath carries death and life both. To walk the Hakarim path is to choose which you will give.
