Finality of the Grave

When Fate dispatches you to harvest a soul, death is permanent. Whenever you use Death’s Call, the soul is removed from the metanarrative entirely. If the creature dies, the number of Temporary Hit Points you gain is doubled, and the creature can’t be restored to life, reincarnated, or become undead for 1 year. Powerful effects, such as artifacts and deities, can overcome this limitation.
