You gain the following benefits:

Titan’s Hold.
You can wield two-handed melee weapons in one hand while still dealing their full two-handed damage dice.
Example: You can wield a maul in one hand and still deal 2d6 damage. You may not wield a weapon with the Heavy property in both hands unless you meet the Strength requirement of this feat. - Dual Reckoning.
You can wield a separate melee weapon in each hand, even if they are not light or are normally two-handed. -
Strength of the Condemner.
Your Strength score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
