Prerequisite: Requires being bitten by another vampire from Arcavios and being turned
Beledros Witherbloom's mastery over life and death has created a balance between the two.
You gain the following benefits:
- Your physical stats start at 16 and increase by one for every ten years as a vampire.
- You gain a bite attack for 1d6 piercing and 3d6 necrotic damage. This bite heals you for the necrotic damage inflicted on the target. If you have full hp, you can add this damage as bonus hp. (This type of temp hp will stack.) You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier per long rest.
- You gain the spiderclimb ability.
- You no longer need to eat, breathe, or sleep.
- You gain an immunity to necrotic damage.
- You gain darkvision.
You gain the following weaknesses:
- Forbiddance: You cannot enter a residence without an invitation from an occupant.
- You gain a bloodlust and must consume the blood of the living for sustenance.
- You have disadvantage on skill checks that rely on sight while in sunlight.
- You gain a vulnerability to radiant damage.
- Running water now does 20 acid damage for every turn you spend in it.
- You cannot be revived by any spell less than True Resurrection if you are killed.
- You cannot step on hallowed ground.
- Your soul is now irrevocably altered by Beledros's magics, allowing her mastery over you.
Additionally, you gain one unique ability tied to your specific lineage of the vampire who made you. This is both a gift and a curse.
Silas: Once per long rest you gain the ability to bring one downed ally back to full hp at the cost of dropping your own hp to 1. Additionally, whenever you heal anyone, including yourself, you must choose to either take damage equal to the healing given or have the damage assigned to a random target instead.
