taking this feat gives you access to speaking draconic

 

In addition it also gives you a modified "Find Familiar" spell that allows you to summon a dragon through it once per long rest. The dragon may be dismissed using a reaction or is automatically dismissed if it takes lethal damage, and must remain in a demi plain for 1d4 days to heal (with it automatically being 4 days if dismissed with lethal damage). The time it takes for the dragon to heal depends on the age of the dragon. Wyrmlings going to 1d6, adults to 1d8, etc
