Those who survive and complete the Earth Trial are granted the resilience and patience of the deep soil. Their spirits become one with the land, unshaken and enduring — a reflection of the Witches’ Road’s eternal cycle of growth and decay.
Effects:
-
Earthen Resilience. You gain resistance to bludgeoning damage and have advantage on saving throws against being knocked prone or forcibly moved.
-
Verdant Rejuvenation. Once per long rest, you may touch the ground and cause life to bloom. For 1 minute, a 10-foot radius around you becomes overgrown with flowers, moss, and glowing roots. You and allies who start their turn in this area gain 8 temporary hit points.
If a creature’s temporary hit points from this effect are depleted, they regain 8 temporary hit points at the start of their next turn as long as they remain within the radius.
Additionally, any poisoned or diseased creature is cured at the start of its turn. The effect ends if you move more than 10 feet away from the original spot.
-
Crushing Growth. Your attacks and spells that deal bludgeoning or force damage deal an additional 1d8 damage of the same type, as vines, rocks, or roots surge from the earth to strike your foes.
